If there is a more spectacular island paradise than Kaua’i, we’ve not seen it. Lauren and Spencer’s ceremony and reception was in the lovely and private Hanalei Colony Resort on the west side of Hanalei Bay where the motto is, appropriately, “Unspoiled. Unplugged. Unforgettable.” But Betty and I stopped into the St. Regis in Princeville for a glass of wine at sunset the evening before and we fell in love! Consequently we shot most of Lauren’s portraits at the St. Regis before driving around the bay to their beautiful and intimate ceremony on the beach. Amazing scenery and wonderful celebration.
